Yes, you will receive the exact same product shown in the picture. Colours may appear slightly different due to screen and lighting settings, and since our products are hand block printed, minor variation in the print is natural and not a defect.
We only sell fresh, unused products. Many customers have concerns about fabrics/garments being used by someone else and then returned. To maintain trust and hygiene, we do not keep any returned products in our inventory. We do offer an exchange if the product is genuinely damaged or defective.
Our products are genuinely hand block printed, which costs more than machine-printed fabric because it involves skilled artisan labour. We keep our pricing competitive by selling directly to customers, without unnecessary middlemen adding extra margin.
Please refer to our size chart before placing an order. If the wrong size was sent due to an error on our part, we will correct it at no extra cost. If you would like a different size and it is available in stock, we can exchange it, though shipping charges for the exchange will need to be paid by the customer.
